Das einzige positive: nach einer Myolastan gibts keine Schmerzen mehr, allerings auch sonst nichts, da sie sehr müde und schwindelig und kaputt im Kopf machen.

Die 16 physikalischen Therapien haben mehr eine Verschlechterung der Schmerzen bewirkt, als zu helfen.

Ein verordnetes Röntgen der Schultern und der Knie ergeben keine Auffälligkeiten, was mich nicht wundert, da wird man nicht viel von Muskelproblemen sehen.

Jetzt soll ich für 10 Tage in der Früh und am Abend eine Seractil forte 400mg nehmen.

Seit Samstag starke Schmerzen in Rücken und Schulter auf der linken Seite bis zum Kopf hinauf. Die Muskeln sind hart wie Stein. Blockierung und Schmerzen beim Bewegen des Kopfes nach oben und Blockiereung beim Drehen des Kopfes nach links und rechts. Auch Schmerzen beim Liegen und Schlafen.

Womöglich verträgt sich die Physikalische Therapie nicht mit Kieser Training?!?
