Beim Hinlegen ins Bett dürfte ich eine blöde Bewegung gemacht haben und mein Schmerzpunkt ist wieder voll da. Zum Glück ist die Blockade nicht so heftig und mit einer Sirdalud hab ich sogar schlafen können.
